Ive been mixing a few drops of this almond oil with my body lotion - it makes it noticeably more moisturising. The oil feels luxurious and is especially nourishing to use after shaving your legs. Its also well-suited for giving your partner a massage its not greasy or sticky and absorbs well into the skin. The oil doesnt have much of a scent, though I get a faint nuttyearthy smell. Its also a pro that this brand doesnt test its products on animals although thats not surprising given that its made in Spain animal testing on cosmetic products is prohibited by the EU! Overall, this is a nourishing and natural oil and this 236mL8 fl oz bottle will last a long time.
Love this almond oil! It's clearly high quality and I love using it on my hair and skin. It absorbs into my skin beautifully, moisturizes it and my hair is so soft after use. I have used other oils by this brand in the past and I was just as pleased with those! Highly recommend!
Almond oil has so many uses..for skin, hair, aromatherapy etc. I like to use it for my dry hands, but am also planning to use it for a hair mask and as a general moisturizer. Glad it will last me for quite a while!
I like using the body oil directly on the skin as moisturizer. They are scentless and absorbed quickly. I think they are better than lotion when it comes to softening the skin. This oil is very thin and comes out a lot if you are not careful. I have oil marks on my bedsheets and floor so be careful when dispensing.
I must first say that I was extremely eager to receive this 100 BROOKLYN BOTANY ( Sweet Almond Oil ) so that I can continue to make my own personal multi use natural oil. It works Very Well and concentrated consistency that is not thick or too watery. I only wished that it truly had a Sweet Almond smell. I honestly dont smell anything, but thats also not a bad thing. Once I add my other Essential Oils it will be even better. A Huge 28oz bottle of product that can be used for many different purposes.
This stuff reminds me a lot of vitamin e oil, but in a more liquid form. To my surprise, as others have mentioned, it's almost odorless. I didn't expect that from a pure oil made only from almonds. I wasn't sure what to expect, honestly. But I loved that it comes from Spain, almonds are the only listed ingredient, and it's not tested on animals. Another surprise: it's not greasy! It blends smoothly into the skin, leaving it supple but not saturated, if that makes sense. I have no trouble typing, even after trying it out again before writing this review. The size of the bottle makes it a great value. The inclusion of a built-in pump makes it super convenient to apply (and not make a mess in the process). What's not to like?
I love that this can be used for massage and aromatherapy! I use it for my dry and cracked nail beds by massaging into my cuticles. I also rub a small amount on my dry cracked heals and elbows. This is also a great oil for massage. It has a light aroma and feels wonderful when being massaged in. A few drops can be added for aroma therapy as well. This was a good sized bottle and a good price too. Very happy with this order!
This is 28 oz very nice size bottle. It has a slight nutty fragrance. It has a thick, slightly oily feel to it. It says it can be used on hair skin, so Ill do an update after a few weeks of use.
I like this brand. Ive ordered a few different oils from them and I have not been disappointed. Its reasonably priced almond oil. We paid the same for the same sized bottle of a different brand previously. We use it to moisturize our whole body and it absorbs well into our skin. Next time wed order a larger size bottle, which also comes with a pump. The pumps are so nice to have, no fuss opening and closing with oily fingers.
This has made my hair feel soooo soft and manageable. Holds the curl better as well in humidity and hot days. Also wonderful for skin treatment and didnt cause breakouts! I used this as an overnight oil treatment on my hair as well and worked amazing!
It doesn't have much of a scent but it moisturizes the skin and leaves you feeling silky smooth! I love natural products and this is 100 almond oil! No extra fragrance. Just oil!
