Where are Brooklyn Botany's products made?
All of our skincare products are made in our FDA-approved facility in the U.S. We import a lot of ingredients from different regions of the world and then bottle them in the U.S. to ensure that we provide the highest quality products for our customers.
Is everything that you make really natural?
Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes herbs, sea salts, and natural oils.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! Our products are 100% Vegan with no animal testing whatsoever. At Brooklyn Botany, we care about animals and the environment. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.
Do your products contain alcohol, sulfates, PABAs, or parabens?
None of our products contain none of these harsh chemicals and we take great pride in that. Our focus is to provide all-natural and organic products, without the use of harsh chemicals.
Do you provide international shipping?
Right now, our website is not set up to ship internationally, however we do have some trusted partners in a few regions:

Can I use your products if pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult with your doctor for more information. Some doctors have different opinions and advice when it comes to natural products.
Ordering, Shipping, & Tracking Q&As
Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1–3 business days, unless an Express Shipping Option is selected. We primarily ship through USPS, though other carriers may be used. After leaving our shipping facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
My product has not arrived from Amazon yet. What do I do now?
You can easily track the package from your Amazon account with the following steps below:
1. Login to your Amazon account
2. Hover your mouse over the text area that says "Hello _____! Your Account"
3. Click on "Your Orders" in the drop down menu that appears
4. Find the order for your Brooklyn Botany product and click on the big yellow button that says "Track Package"
This provides detailed information about your order, shipping, & tracking.
I think that this product is just not for me. How do I return it and get a refund?
Contact us with your order ID number (ex. 123-4567891-2345678), and we will process the refund within 1-5 business days. A 100% guaranteed refund will be provided and you can keep the product as a gift, on us!
