Your Satisfaction Is Our Goal
At Brooklyn Botany, we're dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we'll make it right. 

30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return qualifying items for a full refund.

Return Requirements
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Unopened and unused condition
  • In original condition and original packaging
  • Returned within the 30-day window
  • Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed. 

Return Steps
Returning your purchase is easy:
Contact cs@brooklynbotany.com to initiate a return.
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions by email
Send back your item using the label provided (return shipping is on us!)

Refund
Your refund will be processed within one business day of our receiving and verifying your return.
Allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. 

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us right away cs@brooklynbotany.com. We'll assess the situation and resolve it quickly. 

Non-Returnable Products
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hazardous materials (including flammable liquids and gases)
  • Final sale or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards 

Making an Exchange
The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred product.
