This is stated "essential" oil, but it has a very strong smell, more like a fragranceoil. The bottle is glass and dark, which is great, and it included a glass dropper that you can use aswhen needed, then re-cap the remainder of the bottle to protect from accidental bumps and spills. The smell is nice, but strong. I would only use this as a room scent... either on a cotton ball in an open jar, sprinkled on wood chips or on reeds... in my opinion, this is too strong to diffuse with water droplets and breathe in. Purchased because I read that it deters stink bugs. Living in the PNW we deal with them a lot and its gotten worse. I put some along my window area and the ones that were hiding def came out. So I assumed it was working. It has a strong smell, which is good in my opinion. I also put a few drops on my vacuum filter and I love the smell when I vacuum. I used the rest to mix with rosemary other oils for hair growth. I havent seen much change yet but its still early. So I wouldnt rate it based off that yet.
